Service Returns

As we primarily provide consultation and information services, returns for services are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 14 days of service delivery to discuss your concerns.

Digital Products

Digital products, including downloadable guides, resources, or digital consultations, are generally non-refundable once delivered. However, if you experience technical issues preventing access to digital content, we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund.

Physical Products

If we provide any physical products, the following return conditions apply:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refund Timeline

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
